Martin Halstead &lt;br/&gt;
Martin received a Diploma of Art in Ceramics from the ANU School of Art in 1983. From 1982 to 1984 he was the Assistant to the curator at the ANU School of Art Gallery before becoming a teacher in the NSW TAFE system. He has been exhibiting regularly since 1982 with solo shows at Orange Regional Gallery in 1986 and in Sydney in 1992. In 2006 he had a solo exhibition titled From a Shared Studio at Narek Galleries, Tanja. Other exhibitions include Fire and Earth, 1987 and The Ceramic Object, 1992, both at the Manly Art Gallery and Museum NSW. In 1983 he was awarded the Bathurst Purchase Prize and in 1986 was the winner of the Young Ceramist Award at the prestigious Concorso Internazionale in Faenza. In 1989 he was commissioned by the Queensland Performing Arts Trust to produce the Instrumental Suite, the first significant performance associated works of art acquired by the Trust. In 1992 Martin was artist-in-residence in the Lakeside Studio in Michigan, USA. His work is represented in the Museum of Ceramics, Faenze, Italy, Bathurst Regional Art Gallery, NSW, Orange Regional Art Gallery, and NSW, La Trobe Valley Regional Art Gallery, Victoria, the Newcastle Region Art Gallery, Artbank plus corporate, institutional and private collections in Australia and overseas.&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;br/&gt;

Janine King&lt;br/&gt;
Janine studied ceramics at East Sydney Technical College National Art School. She established the Jenner Road Pottery in Dural with Steve Harrison in 1975 and later the Loopline Pottery in 1977 where she stills works. She is also the co-founder of the Kiln and Clay Technology Company Hot and Sticky. She has been an exhibiting member of the Australian Potters Society since 1976. Janine has been exhibiting regularly since 1975 including: Love Your Work Muse Gallery Sydney 2003; environmenta – Colonisation Moss Vale Sculpture Park, NSW 2001; The Poetic Table Jan Taylor Gallery, Blues Point 1996; Juggling the Elements and Ceramic Collectables Manly Art Gallery, NSW 1995 and 1990; Guest exhibitor with Peter Rushforth at ‘Le Var’, Blackheath NSW 1982; Dozen Different Ways travelling exhibition around SE Asia, Museum of Applied Arts &amp;amp; Science 1980. Robyn Kinsela&lt;br/&gt;

Ron Mathers &lt;br/&gt;
Ron graduated from the Glasgow School of Art and Jordanhill College of Advanced Education in 1968. In 1972 he was awarded membership of the Scottish Craft Centre with the production of ceramic chess sets of patented design and associated hardwood chess tables. In the late seventies Ron was the Illawarra Mercury’s Art Critic reviewing local and Sydney exhibitions and subsequently commissioned to write catalogue notes for various artists. In the mid eighties he was chosen as Wollongong Art Gallery’s Project Artist and was a finalist in the Sulman Prize and Mahlab exhibition. Since returning from France in 1995 he has participated in various group exhibitions. His work is held in numerous private collections. &lt;/ins&gt;&lt;br/&gt;

Gillian McCracken&lt;br/&gt;
Gillian received a Diploma of Fine Arts in Tasmania, 1957, a Certificate of Ceramics, National Art School, Sydney, 1973, and a Master of Art History and Theory, College of Fine Arts, University of NSW, 2000. She practised as a potter from 1974 and participated in a number of group and one man exhibitions. She was also active in the leadership of state and national craft and ceramic organisations. Gillian joined the Australia Council in 1986 and was a Program/Policy Manager, Visual Arts/ Craft until 1995. During this period she was responsible for the development of a range of initiatives to support craft incentive programs, national public art policy, statistical surveys of artists and craftspeople and arts marketing studies. In 1996 she began a 13 year career as a freelance curator, arts writer, arts management advisor and researcher, and teacher. Her first curating achievement was Process and Obsession at Performance Space, Sydney 1996. This has been followed by more than 20 exhibitions, a number of which have toured nationally. Gillian became a part-time teacher of Cultural Productions at Moss Vale TAFE in 2009. &lt;/ins&gt;&lt;br/&gt;

Stephen Fearnley&lt;br/&gt;
Stephen has a Diploma in Fine Arts and is currently a candidate for a Masters in Photography. He has had a multi-faceted arts career, holding numerous positions in the arts industry including work as an art consultant, film producer and director, composer and performer as well as an exhibiting artist. He has travelled extensively. Stephen has held numerous solo exhibitions including Light and Plane at the King Street Studios in 1987 and Pieces of Eight Photographs and Paintings at the Bondi Pavilion, in 1990 as well as participating in numerous group exhibitions. In 1995 he received development funding from the South Australian Film Corporation to write a feature film and in 2003 he won a federal training award for implementing art based courses. Tony Ameneiro&lt;br/&gt;
Tony has a Bachelor of Art from Alexander Mackie College Sydney and a certificate in Post Technician Printmaking from Wollongong West TAFE in 1997. He began exhibiting professionally in 1978. Some of his solo exhibitions include Camouflaged Cakes at the James Harvey Gallery Newtown in 1984 and more recently Skulls and Lilies, Lilies and Skulls at the Marianne Newman Gallery Sydney in 2007. He has received numerous awards and grants including being the winner of the Fremantle Print Prize in 2007 and being chosen twice by the Print Council of Australia as their commissioned print artist. In 1990 he was awarded an Australia Council Professional Development Grant to travel to the USA. His work is included in several public collections including the Burnie Regional Gallery, the Art Gallery of NSW, Queensland Art Gallery, the State Library of Victoria, Campbelltown City Art Gallery, Wagga Wagga Regional Gallery, Warnambool Art Gallery, Wollongong City Gallery and the University of Wollongong and the University of South Australia. Since graduation Bev has established a vibrant multi-faceted practice in her Canberra studio. She has held 8 solo exhibitions and been included in numerous group exhibitions. Her most recent solo exhibition was Weaving Dry Water at Craft ACT, Craft and Design Centre. Recent group exhibitions include Bird Show, Canberra School of Art Gallery, Climate Changing Climate Goulburn Regional Gallery, Go Figure Australian Contemporary SOFA Chicago USA and Impact Watling Gallery, Brisbane QLD. She has completed many public art and community art projects within the Canberra region. Bev’s work has won several major awards including the Canberra Circle Visual Arts Award, for her solo exhibition Weaving Dry Water 2007, the National Ceramic Award and the Doug Alexander Memorial Award. Evan has been exhibiting professionally since 1991 in group and solo exhibitions in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and in 2006 Dazzle Ship at Wollongong City Gallery. He is represented by Legge Gallery, Redfern, where he has held regular solo exhibitions since 1993. In 2006 Evan was a finalist in the Sulman Prize Art Gallery NSW and in 2005, 07, 09 he was a finalist in the Hazelhurst Art Award at Hazelhurst Regional Gallery and Art Centre.  &lt;br/&gt;
Evan’s work is represented in the public collections of the IMG, TAFE NSW, Liverpool TAFE, University of Technology Sydney, Wollongong City Gallery and University Art Collection, and many private collections in Australia and overseas. &lt;/ins&gt;&lt;br/&gt;

Cecile Galiazzo &lt;br/&gt;
Cecile graduated from the ANU School of Art, Canberra in 2000 with a Bachelor of Visual Arts. From 2001 – 05, Cecile worked at the ANU School of Art in the Papermaking studio and from 2002- 07 worked as studio coordinator and manager at Megalo Access Print Studios ACT.  &lt;br/&gt;
Cecile has held 6 solo exhibitions, the most recent, Closer to Home in 2008 Studio Alttenburg, Paradiso/State Of Mind in 2007 Impressions on Paper, Canberra, In My Father’s House in 2006 Birdhouse Gallery, Braidwood. Pilgrimage: Works from Bundanoon in 2005 Megalo Gallery, Canberra.  &lt;br/&gt;

Marianne Courtenay &lt;br/&gt;
Marianne studied painting and design at the National Art School, Sydney. In addition she has a Bachelor of Arts from Sydney University and post-graduate diplomas in adult education and in language teaching from the University of Technology, Sydney and Sydney University respectively. She has worked as a book illustrator, high school art teacher, as a tertiary level lecturer and in arts and education policy and administration.  &lt;br/&gt;
Marianne has participated in solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally for over 25 years. In 2005 Marianne was a guest artist with the UK arts company Welfare State International at The Lanternhouse, Ulveston, UK. Recent exhibitions include Making your Mark, with John Fox, Lanternhouse Gallery, Ulverston, UK, 2005, Sunlight and Shadow Gallery 47, Rylstone, 2006, Wood, Paper Stone with Robert Crombie, Studio Altenburg Braidwood 2007, and group exhibitions with the Southern Highlands Printmakers, Sturt Gallery, Mittagong, and Shoalhaven Regional Arts Centre, 2008.  &lt;br/&gt;
Marianne is presently preparing for a major solo exhibition in 2010 at the Orange Regional Gallery. Her work is held in public and corporate collections in New South Wales and in private collections across Australia, in the UK, the United States, Japan and Europe.&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;br/&gt;

Kathryn Orton &lt;br/&gt;
Kathryn studied Graphic Design at Randwick College of TAFE in 1976-77. She completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts, University of Wollongong in 1986, and a Graduate Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in 2004.  &lt;br/&gt;
Kathryn has exhibited widely since 1984, including her recent 2007 solo show Some time Elsewhere at Legge Gallery, Sydney. Other solo shows include -Small Fish in a Big Pond 1994 at Wollongong City Gallery and Dining with a Matriarch 1998, About Town 2001 and Let Them Eat Cake 2003 all at Legge Gallery.  &lt;br/&gt;
As one of the Six by Six printmakers Kathryn exhibited print works annually from 1984-98 and she is now one of the Southern Highland Printmakers. In 2007 she undertook a residency at the Skopelos Foundation for the Arts on the Greek island of Skopelos.  &lt;br/&gt;
Kathryn has had work displayed in the Portia Geach Memorial Award, the Dobell Drawing Prize, the Shell Fremantle Print Award and has been included in many other national and state group exhibitions.  &lt;br/&gt;
In 1993, Kathryn illustrated Olwen Twelve Pockets a children’s book written by Fiona McKay.  &lt;br/&gt;
Her work is in numerous public collections including the University of Wollongong Permanent Collection, University of Wollongong Union Collection, Wollongong City Gallery, and in private collections throughout Australia.  &lt;/ins&gt;&lt;br/&gt;

Cathy Laudenbach &lt;br/&gt;
Cathy completed a Bachelor of Education, Canberra University in 1980. She received a Master of Visual Arts, from the ANU School of Art in 1998 and is currently a candidate for a Research Master of Arts at Monash University.  &lt;br/&gt;
Cathy has held eleven solo exhibitions since 1998 and been included in numerous group exhibitions. Her work has been selected as a finalist in numerous Australian photography prizes including the Bowness Prize, Monash in 2007 and the Josephine Ulrick Photography Prize in 2005, 2006 and 2007 when she was a runner up. This year her work was included as a finalist in the Phoenix Prize for work with a spiritual theme and has been selected for inclusion in the 2009 Togart Prize for Contemporary Art in the Northern Territory. Her work was also included in the exhibition New Australiana that toured Australia for four years with the Australian Centre for Photography from 2000-2005.  &lt;br/&gt;
Cathy has been the recipient of many grants and awards, including the Hill End Residency 2001 and 2009; artsACT Project Funding Grant 2003 and 2008; and an Australia Council, Visual Arts Craft Board New Work Grant in 2005. Her work is included in numerous collections including the Albury Regional Gallery, Gold Coast City Art Gallery, the Tweed River Gallery and the Bathurst Regional Gallery.  &lt;/ins&gt;&lt;br/&gt;
